Welcome to the PantherSoft Financials Upgrade/Grants Implementation website. Florida International University has upgraded its PantherSoft Financials system from version 8.4 to 9.0. Please take a moment to read through this website to find helpful information that should answer the questions you may have regarding the transition.

What is changing?
PeopleSoft Version 9.0 is the most current release of the PeopleSoft products and encompasses vast application enhancements as well as leading edge technology practices. Why are we upgrading?
FIU has upgraded to 9.0 to maximize system functionality and reduce existing customizations in order to improve current business processes. In addition, the PeopleSoft Financials Grants Suite will be fully implemented as a complete web based solution for grants management.

Who will this affect?
The upgrade will directly affect all FIU employees who use the system as an essential tool for daily operations, financial management, and management reporting. Indirectly, external stakeholders will benefit as internal business processes and financial reporting for the University are improved.

When will this occur?
