    • Guide users in decision making based on system functionality

    • Support consultants as subject matter experts
    • Provide functional expertise for process review and fit/gap analysis
  • Technical Leads
    • Provide technical expertise on PeopleSoft modules for process review and fit/gap analysis
  • Training Lead
    • Develops and executes training strategy, programs, and schedules
  • Development Lead
    • Provides technical expertise in system design and configuration
    • Implements system design
    • Develops system testing and validation schematics
  • Communication Lead
    • Develops and executes communication strategy
  • Security
    • Develops roles, permission lists, and used IDs for new functionality
