Yes, you can use the print icon on your browser, or click on File > Print.

Why do some students have a "DR" under official grade?
Students that drop after the last official drop date are assigned a "DR" letter grade, these students will also display on the Class Roster "enrolled" list with "Admin" in short description field.

Can
I edit a grade after setting the "Approval Status" to Submitted?
Yes, you can edit the grade by changing the "Approval Status" to "Not
Reviewed". When the grades are "posted" you will not be able
to make changes, the "Approval Status" field will not display. The
"posting" process begins in December.

Can I change a grade after my grade roster has been posted?
Once a grade roster has been posted, you will need to use a Change of Grade form from the Registrar's Office. This process is the same as with the old system.

After I select the "Approval Status" on Submitted, must I click the save button?
Yes. You must click the save button.
