What is the UTS On-Line Service Request System?

he UTS On-Line Service Request System is a system that allows you to submit service requests directly to University Technology Services (UTS) without having to call its Support Center at 305-348-2284. When you submit service requests, you are immediately given your service request number, and your service request is directed immediately to the appropriate workgroup that will work on your issue. The system also allows you to check on the status of existing requests and to submit survey responses to UTS about these service requests.
