trying to log into the System, but I keep getting the message "Page Cannot
Be Displayed." What should I do?
If you are getting
this message, please check your Internet connection to make sure it's not behind
a firewall. If it is, then its configuration may be keeping you from accessing
PantherSoft, which uses ports 8500 and 8510 rather than the standard port 80.
To fix this, your firewall will need to be reconfigured to allow usage of ports
8500 and 8510. You can call 305-348-2284 for further assistance.

When
I log in, a message pops up stating that my session has terminated and it logs
me off. What should I do?
It is easy to correct this error message that you may be receiving. For security
reasons, the PantherSoft System is set to log a user off after 20 minutes of
inactivity. When you log into the System, it automatically checks your computer’s
date and time and compares it to the date and time on our server. If that time
differs by more than 20 minutes, the System assumes that you have been logged
on for too long and it automatically times you out or logs you off.
To correct this
issue, click on the time that is displayed on the bottom right hand side of
your computer. Make sure that the following is correct:
- Date - Make
sure your system is set to today's date
- Time - Make
sure your time is set correctly
- Time Zone -
Make sure your system is set to the correct time zone. If you are in Florida,
it should be set to Eastern Time (GMT-05:00)
- Clean your Internet
Cache - While in Internet Explorer, click on Tools> Internet Options and
click on the "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies" button
under the General tab.
