Upgrade Go-Live Downtimes & Communications
To all faculty, staff and students;
As part of our continuous effort to improve FIU’s services, the Division of IT with assistance from Enrollment Management Services, Office of the Controller, Office of Research and Economic Development, and Division of Human Resources will be upgrading the PantherSoft Campus Solutions (MyFIU) system from version 9.0 to 9.2.
The upgrade to Campus Solutions will be completed in two phases: the first phase will focus on completing a technical upgrade this fall semester, and the second will bring several mobile-friendly and streamlined enhancements in spring 2018.
During the upgrade, the following systems will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 to 5 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 2017: PantherSoft Campus Solutions (MyFIU), PantherSoft Financials, PantherSoft Human Resources System, and ImageNow.
In order to support operations on Thursday, November 9, 2017, a link will be provided to read-only applications for PantherSoft Campus Solutions (MyFIU), PantherSoft Financials, and PantherSoft Human Resources.

Project Description
The PantherSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 upgrade seeks to upgrade the current version of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application from 9.0 to 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.55, as well the PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal PeopleTools version to 8.55.
